Our systematic approach evaluates the condition of the building, elevator system and parts, usage levels, and equipment age. Applied Elevator analyzes the results of this important data to determine the right maintenance program for your building’s elevators.
Our exclusive proactive maintenance programs include oil and/or grease moving parts, replacing worn elevator parts, testing equipment, and adjusting equipment for optimal performance. Applied Proactive Maintenance satisfies the most stringent elevator operating parameters and is customized to meet all of your elevator service needs today and in the future.
Applied Proactive Maintenance
Applied Maintenance Program 1 - This maintenance program provides the highest level of elevator maintenance, service and repair. All parts and labor are included for elevators covered under this program. You also receive unlimited access to 24/7 call back service by Applied Elevator Certified Technicians.Applied Maintenance Program 2 thru 4 – includes emergency call back service at a fee for the over-time portion of the call.
Applied Maintenance Program 2 - Recommended! This maintenance program also provides the highest level of elevator maintenance, service and repair. Parts and labor are included for elevators covered under this program. Applied Elevator Certified Technicians are available to perform all maintenance, service and repairs during normal business hours.
Applied Maintenance Program 3 - This maintenance program provides a high level of elevator maintenance, service and repair. All labor is included in this maintenance program on elevators covered under this program during normal business hours. Elevator parts are included up to a certain dollar amount determined by the initial elevator consultation.
Applied Maintenance Program 4 - This maintenance program provides a comprehensive maintenance agreement with an emphasis on increasing the reliability and performance of the existing elevator equipment. All parts and labor are provided at discounted rates for elevators covered by this program.
Applied Maintenance Program 5 - This maintenance program provides dependable service which includes thorough elevator examinations and minor adjustments. Parts and labor are not covered. New parts installed by Applied Elevator are warranted for 90 days. Emergency call back service is provided at a discounted rate for elevators covered by this program
